THE HABITS


Habits is an activity that is done often can be good and bad at the same timeIn this way, after a while, habits become automatic.

Eat well, in a balanced way. Exercise regularly. Maintain a healthy weight (consulting the BMI and the doctor) Avoid excessive consumption of substances such as alcohol 

                                                                                                            


 
Instead sleep little. Not exercising. Blame others if something goes wrong. Temporary

solutions instead of definitive solutions. would be bad habits


My good habits are the following:                                                  

v   Wake up early  

ways drink water

v  Greet and thank

v  Read my books in my spare time  

Prioritize tasks

v  Dedicate time to myself




My bad habits are: watch a lot of tv

not exercising daily eating a lot of sweets   delay in doing things
My good habits
I started sleeping early for my health a few months ago and plan to continue doing so

I drink water to stay stable. I have this habit since I was 15 years old and I plan to continue doing it.

greeting and thanking is a sign of respect, which I have always done and will continue to do as is good

I read because it helps me clear my mind, I have been doing it for 2 years and it seems healthy to continue doing it

prioritize my task, it helps me a lot and I will continue doing it for my professional future

Devoting time to myself is important and helps take care of my mental health, so I will continue to do so


My bad habits

I haven't exercised in a long time but I'll start doing it for my health

I watch a lot of television but I will stop little by little since it affects my sight

I take a long time in everything because I get distracted, I've had this bad habit since I was 14 years old and I plan to improve it because it doesn't help me

I get angry about everything since my puberty, I know it's wrong so I'll try to be more understandable

I have eaten a lot of sweets since I was a child, but I will give it up for my mental health


Good morning, what I will write today is about the good and bad habits that every person can have and that this both harms them and sometimes helps us to be better results, the good ones, of course!

Now I will start talking about my habits as everyone has their strengths and weaknesses in life mine are the following

In the morning, I get up very early, and I start my day drinking a glass of water, then I take a shower, after this I get dressed, have breakfast, brush my teeth and immediately go to school, always passing by any person I greet and appreciate any compliment towards me.

After leaving school, the first thing I do when I get home is to fix my room and have lunch with my family, then I proceed to help my mother in whatever she is doing, then I do my homework until the afternoon, in my free time I read my books or watch my dramas and I give myself time for myself for example: I go for a walk to get some fresh air, to listen to my favorite music and prepare delicious desserts in order to concentrate on learning to love myself every day by When night comes, I help my mother and my sister make dinner, then I have dinner, I brush my teeth, I watch a bit of television and I go to bed early.

  1. In my personal opinion there are many things, I respect your habits a lot.
    But I don't like getting up early.
    I don't like to eat a lot of sweets.
    I would like to have some of your habits but I can't do so many things at the same time.
    And in your bad habits, well, I would tell you that it can be improved with a lot of discipline.
