I started sleeping early for my health a few months ago and plan to continue doing so
I drink water to stay stable. I have this habit since I was 15 years old and I plan to continue doing it.

In the morning,

my dramas and I give myself time for myself for example: I go for a walk to get
some fresh air, to listen to my favorite music and prepare delicious desserts

my teeth, I watch a bit of television and I go to bed early.
